Why do I need a CRM?

Why do I need a separate user account for each member of my team?

As the name implies, TeamGram is for teams. To work as a team, you will need to know and coordinate who is working on what, and who is selling to whom.

You will also want TeamGram to send emails and quotes with the right user information, so customers know whom to reach when they need to, and each of your users can manage their own work independently.

Finally, you may not want all of your users to have the same level of access to everything. Having separate accounts and organizing users into departments will help you manage access permissions.

Will my team need special training to use TeamGram?

Probably not. We prepared this support portal to help everyone learn TeamGram to manage their sales and customer relationships at their own pace.

Can I import my existing data into TeamGram?

Can I integrate it with Gmail?

Yes, you can. We have a great Gmail add-on that helps you transfer emails from Gmail to TeamGram, or lookup email senders and recipients in TeamGram without even leaving your Gmail inbox. We also have more advanced email integration features to automatically process inbound and outbound emails.
