You may not want your prices to be visible to everyone in your company. To restrict access to prices, follow these steps.
Different sections in TeamGram may contain pricing information. You will need to restrict access to them separately for each department.
You may want your coworkers in accounting to be able to view prices in orders, but not the prices in quotes. Or you may want everyone in the company to have access to list prices in the products section, but not to the final sale prices in orders.
If you want to restrict access to prices, think through all combinations and proceed carefully.
Go to Control panel > Department Access Controls. Select the department you want to restrict. Select the section where prices will not be visible to members of that department. Repeat this step for other sections if needed and Save.
