Zendesk Chat (formerly Zopim) is a web chat service to communicate with your website visitors. You can create TeamGram leads from your chat sessions and save the full text of those sessions as notes.
Connecting Your Zendesk Chat Account
- Go to Control Panel > Integrations> Zendesk Chat.
- Enter your Zendesk Chat username and password.
- Save.
Creating Leads from Zendesk Chat Sessions
- Go to the leads page.
- Click on Get from Zendesk Chat link.
- Search and select the session you want to create a lead from.
- A lead will be generated and the chat log will be attached to it as a note. Edit if necessary.
