If you have a compatible cloud PBX system, you may be able to initiate phone calls from TeamGram simply by clicking on the phone numbers of leads, contacts, and companies.
Some cloud PBX systems will also pop-up the relevant TeamGram lead or contact page on your screen when they call you on your direct line.
